The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced the schedule of TATA IPL 2023. It is decided that the new 16th season of TATA IPL will start on 31st March 2023, Friday. With news coming of new seasons, there are new queries arising every new day. Just like that, now the question is what action-like plan will Mumbai Indians will make against Bumrah’s absence due to injury reasons.

Jasprit Bumrah, Mumbai Indians pacer is consulted for undergoing back surgery. And because of that he has to miss this upcoming IPL season. The medical staff of the BCCI at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru is treating his case.
It’s been five months, and he is missing from the ground, and surely it is frustrating for the pacer. It is now an important phase for five times champion Mumbai Indians. They need to find the best substitute for Bumrah. Three names coming from their den are- Sandeep Sharma, Wayne Parnell, and Varun Aaron.

Indian pacer Sandeep Sharma is playing IPL for a very long time now. If MI wants to look after the place as an all-rounder, then they may go for Wayne Parnell. The South African cricketer is a good combination of bat and ball. The team can also look at Indian bowler Varun Aaron. He was part of the winning team, Gujarat Titans last year, and before that he was part of various teams like- the Rajasthan Royals, Gujarat Titans, Delhi Daredevils, Kings XI Punjab, and KKR.
According to a BCCI source, it is not guaranteed that he will make his comeback at the time of the 50-over World Cup. It means if India qualifies, he will miss World Test Championship final. It will start on June 7 at The Oval. Meanwhile, Former West Indies pace bowling great Michael Holding made a comment that the 29 years old Indian bowler was always a candidate for back injuries.
This year it is back to the form of home and away matches format. All the teams will play 7 home games and 7 away games respectively. Audiences will enjoy these 52 days season playing across 12 venues. The first will be between last year’s champion, Gujarat Titans, and four times IPL winner, Chennai Super Kings in Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. This Narendra Modi Stadium at is known as the largest cricket stadium in the world and is famous for its bowling pitch.
