BCCI issued new playing conditions. The first opening match of IPL is going start from 31st March. The captains of IPL teams have to name their playing eleven after the toss. According to new playing system Each captain shall nominate 11 players also maximum of 5 substitute fielders in writing to the IPL Match Referee after the toss.” IPL rule changes will be applicable from this season.

the teams

The upcoming season of IPL will also have a total of 74 games. There will be two groups. Teams who are in the same group will face each other twice while others will play only once. The teams are- KKR, DC, MI, CSK, PKBS, RCB, GT, LSG, SRH. IPL rule changes will be applicable for every team from this season itself. This means if the captain want to change his 11 as per their demand they are free to do that before the match starts.  The bowler’s end umpire must then: “award the one-run penalty for Wide or No ball, if applied or honor five Penalty runs to the batting flank.  Talk to the captain of the fielding side of the reason for this action. Inform the batters. once the captain of the batting side of what has occurred.”
