5. Ishan Pandita (Jamshedpur)
23 years old domestic talent Ishan Pandita has lived up to expectations as one of the brightest players in the hero ISL 2021 till now. As a youth player, Pandita has played for several Spanish clubs like Almeria and Leganes. He also made an appearance for lower division side Lora FC. So, after completing his appearance in the Spanish leagues he back to India and signed with FC Goa. Therefore, he made his ISL debut in the previous season where he scores 4 goals in his 11 appearances for the club.
So, after his impressive first season, Pandita was sign by Jamshedpur FC from Gaurs with transfer fee of 60 lakhs. After his move to the Tata sports complex. He becomes one of the most expensive players in the Hero ISL 2021. During his season with Gaurs, he also made his first appearance in the AFC Champions League.The former striker of Leganes also made his senior international debut for India. And already played two matches for the national side. However, Pandita will now join Owen Coyle side. And will be interesting to see how he will develop himself under Coyle.
4. Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem (FC Goa)
One of the youngest rising Goalkeepers in India Dheeraj Singh Moirangthem signed a new contract with FC Goa. 21 years old India under 23 keeper was sign by FC Goa from Atk Mohun Bagan with a transfer amount of 85 lakhs. He also becomes the most expensive Indian GoalKeeper after his transfer from Atk. After his move to Fatorda Stadium, he immediately becomes the number one choices keeper in both ISL and AFC Champions League. The Manipur boy has started his ISL journey in the year 2018-19 years.
After his move to Indian Super League club Kerala Blasters from I-League club Indian Arrows. During his first season at Kerala Blaster, he played around 13 matches for the club. After his fantastic Atk signs him where he only gets one game. However, he shines in the first season under Juan Ferrando. So, hopes he can again continue his performance in the new season under Juan Ferrando.
3. Liston Colaco (Atk Mohun Bagan)

And also how Habbas use him in the team with his star players like David Williams, Hugo Boumous, Roy Krishna, etc.
2. Hugo Boumous (Sc East Bengal)
26 years old French footballer the Hugo Boumous is undoubtedly one of the best foreign players in ISL. Boumous is the second most expensive transfer in the Hero ISL 2021 after Apuia. He was signed by India’s one of the oldest football clubs Sc East Bengal. This summer window from Mumbai City FC with a huge transfer amount of 2 crores. After his fantastic season with Mumbai that helps the club to win their first ISL title. And also helps the club to qualify for AFC Champions. So, that makes him one of the demanded players in the league this summer.
The French midfielder made his ISL debut in the year 2018 after he was brought by ISL franchise FC Goa from Stade Laval. 20 years midfielder was made his ISL debut in the year 2019 after Northeast United brought him from Indian Arrows. During his 2 seasons with Northeast United Fc Apuia shows impressive growth with his brilliant composure on the ball. Therefore, he played around 32 games for the highlanders by scoring one goal. However, how Apuia will develop himself under one of the great managers in ISL Sergio Lobera will be interesting to see.
