BAN VS ENG 2023:
The first T20I of the three-match series played in Chattogram, Bangladesh won the final ODI. Dhaka hosts the final two T20Is. England’s T20 Internationals won’t feature James Vince or Jason Roy. Buttler-Salt and Moeen Ali or Malan will likely open. Teammate Ben Duckett. Moeen Ali will lead England. Bangladesh would worry about Liton Das’ performance because he’s crucial to a good start. Shanto and Shakib are reliable middle-order batsmen for Bangladesh, but other players may struggle.
Bangladesh
Since facing Pakistan at the Adelaide Oval in their final T20 World Cup match in November 2022, Bangladesh will be playing their first T20 International.
With a few minor adjustments, Bangladesh will pitch essentially the same team. For this T20I series, Soumya Sarkar, Mossaek Hossein, and Ebadot Hossein won’t be playing.
Nasum Ahmed, a left-arm orthodox bowler who will be in the Bangladeshi team for the T20Is, will be a vital player to watch out for. The Chattogram pitch favours spinners, and Shakib and Taijul were successful in the third ODI, demonstrating this.
The team is filled with talented bowlers, and with Shakib in charge of the attack, Bangladesh appears to be set there. Yet, the hosts must deal with some batting problems. They have routinely struggled in the ODI series, and except from Shakib and Shanto, no one else is currently reliable.
Litton Das, Shanto’s opening partner, will need to be supportive. Shakib Al Hasan can play an important knock at number 3, but once these players fall, the all-rounder must step up. The wicket-keeper batsman Nurul Hasan, Mehidy Hasan Miraz, and Afif Hossain are all capable of producing memorable performances.

Jos Buttler would be satisfied with the work his side has done thus far, especially the bowlers throughout the one-day series. England bowlers dominated the opposition on this particular pitch, preventing another partnership from developing and leading to a substantial total.
The T20Is will be different because the hitters were unable to chase down a reachable total. In recent years, England’s strategy for playing cricket in all of its formats has undergone something of a revolution. And it keeps guiding them to higher altitudes. Phil Salt, Moeen Ali, and Jos Buttler will all be important batsmen in this match.
These hitters can attack the bowlers right away and provide their team an advantage throughout the game. With his calculated approach to his innings, Dawid Malan is capable of serving as the anchor.
Given how the pitch acted on this particular surface during the previous game, England will need that. Sam Curran, who bats in the lower order, can be a dangerous hitter and play the long ball as frequently as England requires.
The all-rounders enable the batting order to have depth. Also skilled with the ball, Curran is renowned for his capacity to produce breakthroughs. He would be a valuable addition to England’s speed attack, along with Chris Jordan and Jofra Archer.
